TLÂL-LI Collaborative seeks a Graduate Landscape Architect to join our studio. If you have a landscape architecture degree, a collaborative spirit with 2-5 years of experience, and live in or plan to live in the Twin Cities area, let’s chat. TLÂL-LI Collaborative is a Minneapolis firm focusing on landscape architecture, urban design, planning, and strategic advisory services. Our name means human connection to the Earth. In this role, you will play an integral support role in the design process, prepare design and plan documents, draw, write, share knowledge, and learn with a growing creative team. In addition to being mentored through the work in a hybrid office environment, there will be times when you will initiate, present, and refine conceptual and schematic design as part of team collaboration. You will build your skills in design, communication, construction, engagement, and digital graphic platforms. TLÂL-LI is also establishing a tradition of each team member becoming a topic expert in at least one professional aspect of your choosing. You will be an integral participant in the collaborative, mentoring design culture that TLÂL-LI is building. Key attributes include energy, creativity, awareness, attention to detail, an eagerness to learn, graphic communication, and problem-solving. Baseline platforms you will use on day-one are: CAD, REVIT, Sketchup, Enscape, GIS, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite. Personal integrity, interpersonal skills, and a curious mind are must-haves. Strong graphic, written, and verbal communications, plant knowledge, construction understanding, are big pluses.

Minimum starting salary: $65k.
