TLÂL-LI Collaborative is growing its studio. If you are a Landscape Architect with 8+ years of experience, highly collaborative, creative, and live in the Twin Cities area, let’s chat. TLÂL-LI Collaborative is a landscape architecture, planning, and urban design studio in Minneapolis. Our name means human connection to the Earth. Deepening and diversifying that connection through what we do and how we do it is our promise.
In this role, you will collaborate, lead, and support all stages of the design process, project pursuits, and plan preparation. You will practice your skills in urban design, written and graphic communications, construction detailing, project management, community engagement, business development, and public realm implementation strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Landscape Architect in the State of Minnesota.
Professional experience with 8+ years of practice managing client relationships and leading planning, urban design, and landscape architecture projects, including all stages of the planning and design process from master planning through construction administration.
Experienced participant with emerging leadership in design collaboration and mentoring.
Experienced in business development, marketing strategy, and project pursuits.
Excellent knowledge of technical detailing and construction methods.
Demonstrated experience producing construction sets and specifications.
Strong visual, hand-graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take on collaborative leadership in creative and technical problem-solving.
Ability to lead stakeholder and public engagement activities.
Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office Suite.
Starting salary: $90K
